The Jam Session

Since all of my projects begin with the 90-minute jam session, it makes sense for me to offer it as a stand-alone consultation service as well! This is for folks who need a little direction but don't need a full design package: get a notebook ready, line up your samples and gather all your inspo photos! Book this concept-building intensive to finally tackle your decorating, layout and style dilemmas. Think of this service as a 90-minute workshop specifically made to optimize the look, feel and use of your space.  

This service is ideal for more complex projects that deserve deeper analysis. Clients who've used the jam session include folks who’ve gone through an insurance claim and are choosing replacement finishes for their repairs, new homeowners trying to make sense of the flow of their rooms before buying furniture, or those making multiple small design decisions throughout their home. This is also a great service for partners who are at odds in their decision making and need a mediator to bring divergent opinions together into one cohesive look.   

We'll spend some time reviewing any challenges you're facing with your project, and the ultimate goals and dreams you hold for your space. From there, we'll jump right into solutions and resources to get your project on the right track. Typical topics discussed during the jam session cover the flow of your space, how best to use any existing furniture, shopping suggestions for your vision, basic paint colour suggestions from the Benjamin Moore Classics paint fan, tips for storage and organizing, and more!
