The process begins with a concept development meeting, charged at a flat fee of $395 (+GST). During this meeting, we'll we sit down to discuss the challenges of your space, the goals you have for the end product, and realistic expectations of what's possible within your established budget. This consultation then becomes the basis for our collaboration.

I work with the Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams colour systems, and provide complimentary swatches delivered right to your door.

Do you have an eye for design but struggle to put the final decisions together? Do you have a tricky space to reconfigure, and your contractor needs more direction? Have a pile of samples but can't choose your favourites? This is the consult for you. You'll receive a design plan summary guide after this 90-minute collaborative meeting.

This is Heartspace's unique design concierge service. This package was created for clients who have curated a digital mood board for their project, but do not have the time to seek out their choices with vendors or retailers. A specification document will be provided for the purchase of your curated selections, or approved substitutions (if needed).
